After reading about the benefits of Lion’s Mane, I ordered some to try. But I am super frugal, so instead of the recommended 3 capsule per day, I decided 1 per day would be good enough for me. I’m sure it was doing me some benefit, but I really didn’t feel any noticeable difference.
In the last few weeks though I had a huge deadline coming up that was going to require super long hours, also known as sleep deprivation, pretty much every night for 2 solid weeks. Yikes! I knew it would start to affect me, especially during my day job! When I’m sleep deprived I often can’t come up with the words I want to say, which is a big part of my job!
So I decided that for those two weeks I would take the recommended three capsules per day instead of one. It wasn’t long before I actually noticed a difference! I didn’t stall on words at all. I love Stay Wyld's products. Besides the fact they are grown in Canada, the mushroom powder is an excellent consistency. I open the capsules and put in my morning drink and they mix in beautifully. I tried other's and it's always clumpy, chunky and never mixes in. They have a smooth taste and I believe in the immune support and feel like it is a real compliment to my health regime.
