I have only been taking this product for two weeks so I don’t think I can honestly say that I have noticed any sort of improvement in my overall mental retention ability
I will continue to take it until my 30 days are up and them reevaluate

Strips dissolve easily and taste pretty good! They come individually wrapped so they don’t all stick together. I just started taking them about a week ago so I can’t confirm the effects yet, but I am liking the product! I would recommend them!
