Shipping & Returns
Stay Wyld Organics ships exclusively to Canada and the United States.
We ship with Canada Post. You may select your shipping preference and cost at checkout. Federal and provincial shipping related taxes are your responsibility as is compliance with Canadian export laws of Canada for the products you purchase.
We will provide an estimated delivery date, this in an estimate and Stay Wyld is not responsible for shipping delays. Delivery in Canada traditionally ranges from 1 - 7 days.
We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. You may select your shipping preference and cost at checkout. We will provide an estimated delivery date, this in an estimate and Stay Wyld is not responsible for shipping delays. US Delivery traditionally ranges from 1 - 10 days.
Order Processing Time
We do our best to get your orders out the same day whenever possible and adhere to a 1-3 day order processing time.
Third Party Fulfillment
Stay Wyld Organics products are shipped through a third party. We do not accept liability for loss, damages or additional shipping expenses. Upon purchase, title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser. Should your product be damaged in shipping, we are can assist in placing a claim with the shipping provider (Canada Post / USPS).
If you are not satisfied with your product, please e-mail email@example.com. Make sure to include the order number and the reason you would like to return your product. We will review your request prior to issuing a refund or replacement product.
Refunds can be granted for sealed, unopened products returned to us within sixty days of purchase date. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Should you not receive your order when expected. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist in placing a claim with the shipping provider.
We will contact you should your order be returned to us. You can then choose a refund for the product less the original shipping charge or we can ship the product to the new address for an additional shipping charge.
Should you refuse an order we will issue a refund for the product after subtracting the original shipping charge and any additional return charges incurred.
