I love the affects I've experienced from taking these capsules every morning. Been using these for the past 2 years. Started taking them to try deal with brain fog and focus. Since starting I was unsure if they were having an effect as they can take a while to make a difference, so I took a break for a few months and noticed a drop in focus and daily brain fog returning.
