5-Blend Mushroom Daily Blend

After using the 5 blend, daily defend consistently for 3 months, I noticed less inflammation and pain associated with arthritis in my feet, knees, lower back & right hip. Being a skeptical person, I stopped for a few weeks and the inflammation worsened. Started back on the 5 blend & the inflammation is down again. Amazing product with so many benefits. The taste is a it off putting but you do get used to it. I mix in with Metamucil or used flavored drink mix. I've only been taking this a couple of weeks and I've seen some improvements in my mood but hoping it gets better as time goes on.

I really appreciate the benefits of my mushrooms (improved energy), and being in a powder form makes it easy to add to my morning smoothies. Love that it's Canadian ❤️

Love this stuff! I have it every day. I mix it with a natural sweetener, hot water, milk, and an equal part of cacao powder. It's like a health hot chocolate. Highly recommend!
