Our Swedish-Canadian Food Scientist

The Best Medicine comes from MUSHROOMS

My ancestors in Sweden have used Chaga for hundreds of years for its medicinal purposes.

“As a nutritionist living a very active lifestyle with horses and many different sports, I always love finding new ways to bio-hack my health. I started adding mushroom powders to my diet over seven years ago, and I truly believe in these powerful medicinal superfoods. For instance, my ancestors in Sweden have used Chaga for hundreds of years for its medicinal purposes.

One of my life missions is to inspire others to be as strong and healthy as we possibly can. So that we then have the energy and health to live the lives we truly desire and want!

I love boosting my coffee with Chaga and Reishi powder as an overall health and immunity supplement. I take Lions Mane sugar-free gummies (blended with adaptogens) daily for their neurological benefits, as I’ve suffered from multiple concussions in my life. I also add a blend of different mushroom powders to my breakfast smoothies, usually with some flax seeds, MCT oil and an adaptogen mix. We only get one body, and I want mine to be strong and healthy, so I can play in the mountains and ride my horses for many, many, more years.”
