The supply chain problem
Most mushroom supplements start in China. Yours doesn’t have to.
More than 90% of the world’s functional mushrooms are grown in China, and most North American brands — including ones marketed on purity and traceability — are buying from the same handful of importers. That means shared supply, shared lead times, shared exposure to tariffs and shared quality risk. When something goes wrong upstream, you find out after your customers do.
NaturoMed grows its own. Four cultivation rooms, an inoculation lab, in-house dehydration and milling, all in one building in British Columbia. Your powder and your finished product come from the same facility, so there’s one chain of custody and one point of accountability.
90%+
of the world’s functional mushroom supply is grown in China — even for premium brands positioned on quality.

Compliance
Licensed, compliant, and audit-ready
Every natural health product sold in Canada needs a product licence, and every Canadian site that manufactures, packages or labels one needs a site licence issued under Health Canada’s GMP requirements. NaturoMed holds the site licence. You hold the product licence, and it stays yours if you ever move.
That’s the practical value of manufacturing here: you’re building on a facility that’s already through the process, so your NPN application starts from a compliant site rather than an unproven one.
Credentials
Health Canada Site Licence (NHP)

Proof
We don’t just make supplements. We run a brand on this line.
Stay Wyld Organics is our own consumer brand: capsules, gummies, powders, dissolving strips and drinks across focus, energy, sleep, stress, immunity and longevity. It sells direct to consumer, through wholesale, and on Amazon.
That’s the difference between us and a co-man that only ever ships other people’s boxes. We’ve done the formulation work, the Health Canada submissions, the packaging revisions, the retail compliance and the recalls that never happened because QC caught it first. When you ask us whether a formulation will hold up in a 24-month shelf life test or whether a claim will pass review, you’re getting an answer from people who’ve already had to find out.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
500 units per SKU for capsules and powder pouches. 10,000 for stick packs. Strips and gummies run through our partner network and carry their own minimums, so ask us.
Most manufacturers this vertically integrated won’t quote under 50,000 units. If you’re launching a line or testing a new SKU, that’s the whole reason we’re worth a conversation.
Whole fruiting body only. No mycelium on grain, no starch fillers, no exceptions. It’s what we grow, so it’s what you get.
Beta-glucan assay is available as an add-on and priced into your run. Most brands don’t need it on every batch, so we don’t build the cost into every batch. If your label or your buyer requires standardised beta-glucan, tell us at the scoping stage and we’ll include it in the COA.
Yes. We manufacture under a Health Canada site licence and support brands selling into both markets. Regulatory requirements differ and we’ll walk you through what applies to your product.
Yes. Formulations you bring, and formulations we develop for you, are yours. So is your product licence.
14 to 30 days for most runs, first order or repeat. Custom formulation work and organic-certified runs take longer. We’ll give you a date at scoping, not a range that moves.
We specialise in encapsulation, pouches for capsules and powders, and stick pack manufacturing, all in-house. Bottle filling is available. Cartons, labels and custom print run through our supplier network, so tell us what you need at scoping and we’ll scope it in.
Pemberton, British Columbia, in our own facility. Chaga is the exception: it grows on birch and isn’t commercially cultivated, so ours is wild-harvested in BC. Additional volume comes from a vetted network of BC growers when a run needs it.
