I have tried many types of lions mane from various manufacturers. I have found this to be the most balanced. It’s not over cooked and still has a nutty taste. Efficacy is good.

Life changing!!!

I love the affects I've experienced from taking these capsules every morning. I do make lists constantly so that I accomplish whatever I want to accomplish each day, but at the age of 76 I am experiencing remembering much more without looking at the lists. This is the only lion's mane powder that I have found that contains both mycelium and fruiting body. It is steamed to make it more bioavailable and tastes great. It has helped with my mental clarity and tastes great in a smoothy or soup!
